Book a session

What to Expect

What a first visit looks like with me

Every session is built around your body and what it needs that day. We start by talking through what's going on, then I focus the hour on making real, lasting corrections, not just general relaxation. Here's how a visit goes, step by step.

  1. Inquiry

You reach out through the Book button or the contact form. I'll confirm availability within 1 to 2 business days.

  2. Arrival

The studio is at 415 N Killingsworth, Ste 210. Parking on the street. The entrance is marked; the waiting area is scent-free.

  3. Intake

A short intake form covers your health history and what's bringing you in. Answer what's relevant, and we'll fill in the rest when we talk.

  4. Check-in

Before any bodywork, we talk through what you want to focus on, what's off-limits today, and how you want me to check in during the session.

  5. Session

Skilled bodywork in the techniques you need. I check in as we go, and you can redirect, adjust pressure, or stop at any point.

  6. After-care

A brief post-session debrief, including any home-care notes (stretches, hydration, rest). Rescheduling is optional and pressure-free.

My approach

Words I love to hear...

"Wow! I've never experienced a massage like that before!"

My approach to bodywork is a little bit different from sessions you may have had with other massage professionals. My sessions draw from a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and neuromuscular therapy, all integrated into a whole-body approach that emphasizes structural balance, functional movement, body awareness, and long-term healing.

My work is slow, methodical, intuitive, and intentional. I view massage as a conversation between bodies. Through careful listening and touch, I pay attention to what your body is communicating and offer input that it can respond to. Rather than forcing change, I create the time and space for your nervous system and tissues to process, adapt, and release at its own pace.

I find that this slow deep approach supports lasting therapeutic change by allowing your nervous system to comfortably adapt alongside the tissues. It also invites you to connect with your body and become more aware of what you're experiencing throughout the session. By the end you should feel more grounded and connected in your body with a greater sense of ease.
